Alisa F. Best, Esq., LL.M. is a dedicated associate attorney specializing in trusts and estate law, driven by both professional expertise and personal experience. Having faced the unexpected loss of her mother and grandmother, she understands firsthand the emotional and legal complexities of settling an estate. Her passion for guiding clients through critical life decisions is driven by clarity, compassion, and confidence.

Alisa is equally committed to proactive estate planning, helping clients clearly define their wishes to safeguard their families and ensure their legacies are preserved. Whether crafting straightforward plans or addressing more complex needs, she provides thoughtful, strategic guidance to make the process seamless. Her goal is to give clients peace of mind, knowing their wishes are carried out with certainty and ease.

She is admitted to practice law in Virgnia and North Carolina, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court.

As a Hampton Roads native, she takes pride in embracing the culture and community of the seven cities, whether strolling through Norfolk’s historic streets or enjoying the views of the Chesapeake Bay and the James River. In her downtime, she loves discovering new documentaries or interesting shows and movies.
